Below are some forms that can be used during your historical fiction unit.
Research form for the eras- can be used to focus the use of the website and really does not need to be printed. It can be just drawn in the student's readers journal.
Club Constitution form (pdf): This form is used when you begin a new book or club in historical fiction. It serves as a conversation piece between you and your teacher. It will be turned in daily, and returned to you to see teacher comments.
